Sama-Sthiti 🌸

What feels perfect at 20 looks different at 40, and different still at 70. The mind, forever chasing perfection, becomes a restless craftsman—always finding one more flaw to fix, one more polish to add, one more quest to pursue.

In this Maya—the illusion of perfection—the closer we move toward the ideal, the more flaws we begin to see.

Enoughness (santosha, or contentment) is the pause where striving softens into acceptance and effort dissolves into ease.

Like a ladybug resting on a blade of grass, balance is found in quiet harmony with nature. In that stillness—without striving—it embodies Samasthiti (the state of balance): steady, grounded, complete in simplicity. 🌿
