The spine communicates through the arms and legs. 



If there is pain in the knee, observe if there is an issue in the lower back, that triggers this knee pain. 



Upper back stiffness? Check if you are pressing your elbow unknowingly into the table while typing, creating pressure in the shoulders. 



Leaning to one side while sitting—bending one knee and hooking the ankle of the other—may mean your back may have a weaker side which you are unconsciously supporting .



The arms and legs are pathways to the spine, and every posture tells a story of connection.
